 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative cable from the accumulator.
  2. Disconnect муфты ignition coils.
  3. Remove knots of the coil of ignition.
  4. Separate a rope of an accelerator from a clip (only for vehicles with the left wheel).
  5. Take out oil probe (1).
  1. Disconnect a hose сапуна (2) and a hose of compulsory ventilation картера (3) from a cover of a head of the cylinder.
  1. Uncover cylinder heads.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Erase oil, old hermetic and a dust from condensed surfaces on a head of the cylinder and a cover.
  2. Establish ring consolidations (3) and a lining of a cover of a head of the cylinder (2) on a cover of a head of the cylinder (1).

Do not forget to check up each of these details on presence of any damages or breakages before installation, and make replacement if damages are found out.


  1. Establish a lateral sealant (4) on a cylinder head.
  1. After clearing put hermetic "And" on area of a condensed surface of a head of the cylinder. "And": hermetic 99000-31250.
  1. Establish a cover of a head of the cylinder on a cylinder head. Fasten nuts (3) while they will not be fastened with the specified rotating moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: a nut of a cover of a head of the cylinder () — 11 Н•м (1.1 kg th, 8.0 pound on foot).
  1. Use new sealing washers (1).
  1. Establish coils of ignition and connect муфты ignition coils.
  2. Insert oil probe (2).
  3. Connect a hose сапуна and a hose of compulsory ventilation картера to a cover of a head of the cylinder.
  4. Fix a rope of an accelerator a clip (only for vehicles with the left wheel).
