  • For road two persons, the driver and the verifier, on equal road should spend test.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Attach scanning tool to a diagnostic socket at the switched off switch of ignition if is available.
  2. "Dump" a malfunction code (DTC) and start the engine.
  3. Switch the lever of a choice of transfer of an automatic transmission in each position L, 2, D, N, R and P, leaving in everyone for 30 seconds.
  4. Increase speed of the car to 70 km/h (45mil/ch) in position D.
  5. Keep this speed within 30 seconds.
  6. Release an accelerator pedal, lower speed of the car and stop the car.
  7. Check up a malfunction code (DTC) and-or a current code of malfunction (DTC).

Include the switch of ignition and check up on the display a signal of position of transmission (P, R, N, D, 2 or L), switching the switching lever in each position

Corresponding position is highlighted?

When scanning tool SUZUKI is not used:

Include the ignition switch.

Check up pressure on contacts C 51-1-15, C 51 1-16, C 51-1-17, C 51-1-18, C 51-1-27 and C 51-1-28 for engines G16/J20 accordingly, switching the lever in each position

Take for an example contacts C 51-1-28 for G16/J20 and look, whether pressure of the battery only is highlighted when the lever of switching of transfer is switched in position 2, and in other positions pressure of 0 Volt?

Similarly, being guided by drawing, check up pressure on other contacts

  1. Attach scanning tool to a diagnostic socket at the switched off switch of ignition if is available.
  2. "Dump" a malfunction code (DTC).
  3. Start the engine and include the switch of interruption of raising transfer.
  4. Switch the lever of a choice of transfer to position D and get under way from a place.
  5. Keep speed of the car at level more than 10 km/h (7 miles/ch) with 1st transfer to position D throughout 2 seconds or more.
  6. Increase speed of the car and keep it at level more than 20 km/h (13 miles/ch) with 2nd transfer to position D throughout 2 seconds or more.
  7. Increase speed of the car and keep it at level more than 30 km/h (20 miles/ch) with 3 transfer to position D throughout 2 seconds or more.
  8. Stop the car.
  9. Check up a malfunction code (DTC) and-or a current code of malfunction (DTC).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Attach scanning tool to a diagnostic socket at the switched off switch of ignition.
  2. By means of the scanning tool "dump" a malfunction code (DTC), a current code of malfunction and the given frameworks of freezing stored in memory of the electronic block of management, and check up, that indications of the counter of level of fuel were not less than 1/4.
  3. Start the engine, warm up it to normal working temperature and switch the lever of transfer to position 2Н or 4Н.
  4. Increase speed of the car in position “D” and be convinced that transfer position varies with 1st on 2nd, and continue to move with speed of 20 miles/ch (30 km/h) on 2nd transfer to position “D” within 10 seconds (the throttle valve should be not in single position, and the gleam should remain to constants at this stage).
  5. Continue to move with a speed of 80 km/h (50 miles/ch) on 4th transfer to position “D” within 10 seconds.
  6. Release an accelerator pedal, reduce speed of the car and stop the car.
  7. Check up a malfunction code (DTC) and-or a current code of malfunction (DTC) by means of the scanning tool.

At movement for the speeds above specified and with big, than it is specified, the throttle gleam, following conditions are satisfactory for specified time

* The speed of the car defined by the gauge of speed of the car, on 10 km/h more than the speed defined by the gauge of speed on an exit of an automatic transmission (the logician of definition on 2 motion cycles)

* The bottom switch of a full drive or its electroscheme

Procedure of acknowledgement of a code of malfunction (DTC)

  • At carrying out of tests on road choose a place where there is no movement or probabilities of road accident, and be very cautious during test not to have an accident.
  • For road two persons, the driver and the verifier, on equal road should spend test.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Attach scanning tool to a diagnostic socket at the switched off switch of ignition.
  2. By means of the scanning tool "dump" a malfunction code (DTC), a current code of malfunction and the given frameworks of freezing stored in memory of the electronic block of management.
  3. Start the engine.
  4. Increase speed of the car approximately to 30 km/h (19 miles/ch) or more in position “D” and “2H”.
  5. Continue to move with the above-stated speed within 30 seconds.
  6. Stop the car and switch the lever of transfer to position 4L with the choice lever in River position
  7. Increase speed of the car to 25 km/h (15 miles/ch) or more in position D and 4 L.
  8. Continue to move with the above-stated speed within 30 seconds.
  9. Stop the car and check up a malfunction code (DTC) and a current code of malfunction (DTC) by means of the scanning tool.

By means of scanning tool SUZUKI:

At the switched off switch of ignition attach scanning tool SUZUKI to a diagnostic socket

Include the ignition switch.

On the scanning tool choose a mode List of the data

Check up on the display a signal of the bottom switch of a full drive (INCL. or OFF) at switching of transfer to each position

Position 4Н or 2Н: OFF

Uncover the electronic block of management (РСМ)

Include the ignition switch

Check up pressure on contact C 51-1-26 for G16/J20 a socket of the electronic block of the management which is becoming isolated at switching of the lever of transfer to each position

Position 4Н or 2Н: 10-14 Volt

Position 4L: 0-1 Volt

Pressure such how it is specified?

Check up quality of connection on contact of the electronic block of management if in a step 2 the voltmeter is used

Results of check are satisfactory?

Short circuit or chain rupture “Or/W” or “B”. If wires and sockets are perfectly in order, replace with the serviceable electronic block of management and recheck

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect "minus" a battery cable.
  2. Disconnect сцепку the bottom switch of a full drive.
  3. Check up connection between contacts of the bottom switch of a full drive.
  4. There should be a contact at switching of the lever of transfer to position 4L, and бесступенчатость – at switching of the lever of transfer to position 4H or 2H.
  5. If it is not present, replace the bottom switch of a full drive.
  6. Connect сцепку the bottom switch of a full drive and "minus" a battery cable.
