Rotor
|
- Using an ohmmeter, check up electroconductivity between contact rings of a rotor. If there is no electroconductivity, replace a rotor. Standard resistance: 2.5 - 2.9.
- Using an ohmmeter, check up, whether there is no electroconductivity between a contact ring and the rotor core. If there is an electroconductivity, replace a rotor.
- Check up contact rings, whether there is no roughness or a deposit. If they rough or are a deposit, replace a rotor.

- Using an ohmmeter, check up electroconductivity of all contacts. If there is no electroconductivity, replace статор.
- Using an ohmmeter, whether check up there is no electroconductivity between contacts of the coil and the core статора. If there is no electroconductivity, replace статор.

- Check up each brush on deterioration, having measured its length.

- If the brush is worn out to a limit, replace a brush.

- Using an ohmmeter, check up electroconductivity between cases of the top and bottom rectifiers and contact of each diode.
- Check up both directions, having changed probeы an ohmmeter. In each case there should be only unilateral conductivity. If result of check unsatisfactory, replace the rectifier.

- Check up unilateral electroconductivity between contacts and three diodes similarly described in item 1.
