Procedure of check for assemblage LSPV is described more low.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Before check carrying out, be convinced of the following:
    • The fuel tank is completely filled by fuel.
    • The vehicle is equipped by a spare tyre cover, the tool, a jack and the jack handle.
  2. Establish a vehicle on equal to a floor and establish loading about 200 kg (441 pounds) (2) on a back part of the case so that the back shaft weighed 800 kg (1764 pounds). Weight of a back shaft L: 800 kg (1764 pounds).
  3. Establish the special tool on a forward and back brake.

The special tool should be connected with сапуном a forward brake (from outside the driver) and a back brake.

  • The special tool of a forward brake:
    • (A): 9956-02310
    • (B): 09952-46510 (the adaptation for a support of a brake of the car with brake SUMITOMO ELECTRIC)
    • (C): 55473-82030 (спускная the valve stopper стравливания air (1) is delivered as the spare part)
  • Back brake
    • (A): 09956-02310
    • (B): 09952-36310 (the adaptation for a valve stopper стравливания air with diameter of a carving 7 mm) or 09952-46510 (the adaptation for a valve stopper стравливания air with diameter of a carving 8 mm)
    • (C): 55473-82030 (спускная the valve stopper стравливания air is delivered as the spare part)
  • Instead of the adaptation for diameter of a carving of 10 mm (3) to the special tool (A) the special tool (B) is used. Therefore remove the adaptation with (A) and establish (B).
  • For a vehicle with a support of brake TOKICO, use the adaptation included in the special tool (A).
  • For definition of type of a support of a brake address to the Head Forward brakes.

  1. Gradually press the brake lever, pressure of a liquid in a forward brake does not become such, as set forth below and then check up corresponding pressure of a back brake. It should correspond to the specification more low.

After that put pressure of 100 kg/sm2 on a forward brake and check up that pressure of a back brake corresponds to the specification more low.

  1. If pressure of a back brake does not correspond to the specification, adjust it having changed position of a rack (3) as follows.
    • If pressure of a back brake above specified, move a rack (3) in a direction a, and if more low, in a direction b.
    • Repeat steps 3 - 5 while pressure of a back brake will not correspond to the specification.
    • After adjustment, tighten a bolt with an inhaling twisting moment according to specified in the specification. An inhaling twisting moment: a bolt of rack LSPV (a): 23 Н•м (2.3 kg th, 17.0 pounds on foot).
  1. Disconnect a brake highway (2) (connecting the second contour of the main cylinder and 4-foreign connection) from the main cylinder (1). Tighten заглушку (the special tool) the main cylinder. Press the brake lever. If pressure of a back brake 95 - 100 kg/sm2 when pressure of a forward brake of 100 kg/sm2, it means that forward failure-safe system works properly. The special tool: (A) — 09956-02210.

  1. On termination of check of pressure of a liquid, pit air from brake system and execute check of brakes.
