Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Lift the car that the forward suspension bracket freely hung.
  2. Remove wheels.
  1. Remove a flange of a drive of an axis of a shaft (at the all-wheel drive car).
  1. Remove a spring ring of a shaft of a forward drive (1) (at the all-wheel drive car).
  1. Remove bolts of a support of a disk brake and hang up a support on a wire hook (1).

Hang up the removed support of a disk brake on a wire hook that the brake hose was not bent and it was not overwound and it was not stretched. Do not press a brake pedal when are removed brake Pads.


  1. If there is a system of antiblocking of brakes (ABS), remove a bolt of the plug of a wire (2) and remove the gauge of speed of a forward wheel (1) from a pin.

  • Do not pull a wire when remove the gauge of speed of a forward wheel (1).
  • Do not damage a surface of the gauge of speed of a forward wheel (1) and track, that the dust has not got to its aperture for installation, a dirt, etc.

  1. Remove a brake disk.

If it is impossible to remove a disk hands, take advantage of 8-millimetric bolts.

  1. Remove a bar of the stabilizer of cross-section stability as it is described in the given Chapter in Section the Stabilizer of cross-section stability/plug, (point Removal).
  1. Disconnect a tip of steering draught from a rotary pin by means of a stripper.
  1. Jack prop up the bottom lever.
  1. Remove bolts скобы racks.
  1. Remove a nut of a hairpin with a spherical tip.
  1. By means of a stripper disconnect a rotary pin from a hairpin with a spherical tip.
  1. Lowering a jack, remove a rotary pin and a wheel nave.
  1. Remove a cylindrical spring (1).
Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. For installation of a cylindrical spring execute in return sequence of manipulation on its removal.

The top and bottom diameters of a cylindrical spring неодинаковы. The end with the big diameter put downwards, and the free end establish in a nest of a spring (1).


Bottom.
  1. At a tightening of all болтовых connections observe the specified values of the moment of an inhaling.
  2. As to a nut of a hairpin with a spherical tip, do not forget to insert шплинт and to bend it after a nut tightening.
  3. Tighten a nut of a tip of steering draught a hairpin with spherical tips upwards that the hairpin did not rotate.

For the all-wheel drive car

a. For a washer of a shaft of a forward drive and an external axis of a fist of a forward wheel use литиевую plastic greasing. “A”: cмазка 99000-25010.

For the all-wheel drive car

b. At installation of a cutting lock ring (1) on a drive shaft use болтовое an aperture in a drive shaft to pull out it and to turn in the big diameter (2) rings to the right.

For the all-wheel drive car

c. At installation of a flange of a drive of an axis of a shaft (1) on a wheel nave put hermetic on an adjoining surface of a flange of a drive of an axis of a shaft and tighten a bolt of a flange (2) to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. “A”: hermetic 99000-31090. The inhaling moment: a bolt of a flange of an axis of a shaft (a): 50 Н•м (5.0 kg th, 36.5 pounds-foots).

  1. Check up, that no alien material has stuck to the gauge and a rotor. Establish the gauge of speed of a wheel (1) and the plug of its fastening.
    • The inhaling moment:
      • Bolt of the plug of fastening (a): 10 Н•м (1.0 kg th, 7.5 pounds-foots)
      • Bolt of the gauge of speed (b): 23 Н•м (2.3 kg th, 17.0 pounds-foots)

At installation of the gauge of speed of a forward wheel do not pull and do not overwind excessively connecting wires. Reliably attach a sealing ring to an internal wing.

  1. Check up, that there was no backlash between the gauge and a fist.
