The hydraulic Block/assemblage of the module of management АBS

The module of management ABS - a component assemblage of the hydraulic block/module of management ABS also has following functions.

Self-diagnostics function

The module of management ABS constantly diagnoses a condition of components of system (is or not deviations) and displays results (the prevention of the arisen deviation and КДН) by means of an alarm lamp "ABS" as is described more low.

When the ignition switch is included, the alarm lamp "ABS" lights up for 2 seconds for check of a chain of an alarm lamp.
If deviations it is not revealed (system in a good condition), the alarm lamp "ABS" is disconnected in 2 seconds.
When the vehicle begins movement after ignition inclusion (signals from sensor controls more arrive than one wheel), solenoidal valves and the engine of hydraulic block ABS are worked one after another for check by electricians. At this check it is possible to hear a sound of the working engine, but it does not mean malfunction.
If in system malfunction is found out, the alarm lamp "ABS" lights up and the information on malfunction area remains in memory ЭСППЗУ in the module of management ABS.

When the conclusion of diagnostic switch "PNK" (3) black sockets of diagnostics (1) is earthed or a dark blue socket of diagnostics (5) (a monitor socket) (i.e. it is connected to a conclusion "BLK" (2) by means of an office wire (4)), the malfunction zone is displayed in the form of КДН. Malfunction is displayed by a blinking of an alarm lamp "ABS" (address to the table more low).

Also the module of management ABS includes alarm lamp EBD (an alarm lamp of a brake) depending on a problem defined by the module of management and then the alarm lamp does not display КДН as well as an alarm lamp "ABS".
