The generator

The generator is small, but high-efficiency, includes regulator IC.

Internal components of the generator are connected among themselves by electric communications, as is shown in an illustration more low.

The generator consists of following components:

  • The semi-conductor regulator (stabilizer) is built in in the generator from within.
  • All components of a regulator are protected by the one-piece form.
  • This device together with assemblage of the holder of a brush is attached to the back case.
  • Regulator IC uses integrated microcircuits and supervises the pressure made by the generator, and adjusting parametres cannot be adjusted.
  • Bearings of a rotor of the generator contain greasing enough that relieves of necessity periodically them to grease. Two brushes transfer a current through two ring current collectors to an excitation winding on a rotor and under normal conditions works do not demand service during the long period of time.
  • The winding статора is built in from the inside шихтованного магнитопровода which forms the generator case.
  • The condenser of the back case suppresses a radio noise.

Service regulations of generators of following three types depend on their specifications.

Type 60 A
