Installation and dismantle

For installation and removal of tyres use the special equipment for replacement. At work follow instructions of the manufacturer of the equipment. At replacement of tyres it is not necessary to manage only the manual tool or шиномонтажными shovels so these can damage boards of the tyre or a wheel rim.

Landing regiments of a rim should be cleared a wire brush or a rough bristle of greasing, old rubber and a rust touch. Before installation or dismantle of the Board of the tyre it is necessary to grease well with the specified greasing for tyres.

Having established the tyre, pump up it to 240 килопаскалей (kPa) (35 pounds on square inch (psi)) so that boards have completely risen into place. Then adjust pressure to specified in the tablet on tyres.

Be not above the tyre at inflating. The board can burst, if supports a protective ring ledge of a rim, and to cause a serious trauma.

At inflating do not exceed 240 килопаскалей (kPa) (35 pounds on square inch (psi)). If at pressure in 240 kPa (35 psi) boards do not rise into place, lower the tyre, once again grease and again pump up. Excessive inflating can break off the tyre and cause a serious trauma.

Establish the core of the gate and pump up the tyre to demanded pressure.
